Perhaps a bit naughty, perhaps more than a bit... This evening ensemble of 1912 is based on a design from an Edwardian French fashion magazine. Rather daring in color and design, the gown is layered in red satin, red lace and black silk charmeuse. The ensemble includes:- evening gown in red and black, with sideswept hobble skirt and ornamental tassels
- satin and ostrich plume turban with crystal ornament
- garnet and jet crystal and glass parure
- red silk velvet evening wrap with tasseled ends
- luxuriant red and black feather fan
